In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your 2blessedhandsgoods, please let me know about the problem within 3-days and then return theuneaten portion within three business days of receipt of your product.
Full or partial refunds and order credit are decided on acase-by-case basis at the sole discretion of 2blessedhands, but my goal is always to have you have a100% happy experience. If I have made a genuine mistake (the product was notmade correctly), I will certainly make it right.
I am not able to offer refunds in cases where the product wasbaked and decorated correctly, but a flavor or texture didn't meet a personalpreference.
Most people love my flavors, but it's impossible to predict everyone'sparticular taste preferences. If something has gone wrong, please let me knowright away!
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be aware that we are unable to cancel orders with lessthan 7-days notice. In some, but not all cases, it may be possible for us tooffer full or partial order credit for a future purchase in the event of acancellation. Amount of potential order creditdepends on how much work has already been done on the cancelled order.
